What is a posting?
The opportunities section gives registered Oddpodz users a way to find talent for a specific need. A posting is similar to a job listing, but it can be as specific or general as you wish it to be.

If you are a company looking for a creative professional, a posting could advertise a specific project, such as a corporate identity design. A posting can also advertise a position, for example if you are looking for a contracter or freelancer, or if you are an ad agency looking for a copywriter. Anyone looking for creative services can benefit from this type of posting.

If you are a freelancer looking for work, you can also create a posting. Freelancers can use postings to advertise the types of services they provide or to inform those seeking creative services of the type of work they are seeking.

What is the difference between a listing and a posting?
A listing provides the opportinuty for  individuals and companies to provide information about themselves. In a listing, members can give contact information and along with a description of their business. Listings are compiled in the Creative Services Marketplace to create a directory of creative service providers and seekers.

A posting provides the opportuinty to advertise a talent or need. A posting is where a company would advertise an available position or project for which they are seeking contract work, or where a freelancer would advertise the type of work they are looking for. Postings within the Opportunities section function more like classifieds.

How do I add postings?
First, you must register. After you have registered, there are two places where you may add your posting.

1. Go to the Opportunities link in the top navigation menu and choose "add postin" from the drop-down menu.
2. Choose "view & edit profile" from the user menu in the lefthand column. At the bottom of your profile page, there is a "My Postings" tab. Click on that tab and choose "new posting."

Can I delete a posting?
Yes. You may edit and delete your postings. Choose "view & edit profile" from the user menu in the lefthand column. At the bottom of your profile page, there is a "My Postings" tab. Click on that tab and beneath each of your postings there is a "update" and "delete" option.
